Android Device Manager to add Remote Device Password and Lock

Google-Play-Services

Ever since Google has revamped their update policy to Android handsets, we have seen a progression of useful small updates under the hood, one of them of which was Google Play Services; this allowed low level changes without upgrading the firmware. Another useful addition was the Android Device Manager which previously allowed you to track down your phone if it was lost or stolen as well as allowing the remote wipe of your data.

Now with additional new features such as being able to lock your phone and to push a new password to your device, it has become more useful, especially if you had never enabled a password lock to begin with.
